Our client is looking for a high-performing and commercially driven Sales Team Lead to take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of a team of Sales Executives, while also managing and delivering against your own sales target. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving team performance, maintaining high standards and creating a strong sales culture. You will lead by example through your own sales activity and results, while holding the team accountable for achieving their targets.

Key Responsibilities

Own and achieve your own personal sales target, actively prospecting, managing your pipeline and closing deals.
Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve their individual and team targets.
Monitor sales activity, KPIs, pipeline and conversion rates.
Conduct regular 1-to-1s and performance reviews.
Lead from the front by demonstrating strong sales activity, behaviours, and results.
Support the Sales Manager in delivering wider sales objectives and improving team performance.
Handle sales queries, customer escalations and support the team with live deals where required.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' proven sales experience with a strong track record of hitting targets.
Previous experience managing or leading a sales team.
Proven ability to deliver personal sales results while driving team performance.
Strong communication, leadership, and performance-management skills.You will be required to attend the office in Farnham on a daily basis, you will need to be able to drive for this position and have access to your own transport
