Typical Duties

• Providing excellent customer service
• Preparing and serving food and beverages
• Waiting tables and clearing dining areas
• Washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness (Kitchen Porters)
• Cleaning guest rooms and communal areas (Housekeepers)
• Assisting with hotel reception and security duties (Night Porters)
• Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard (Chefs)
• Setting up and clearing dining or event areas
• Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
• Working as part of a busy team in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential for all roles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional and punctual
• Ability to work well under pressure
