Please do not apply if you are seeking sponsorship*Job SummaryQuantitative Analyst is required for one of the leading providers of sports betting brokerage software in the world. The company is based in London and offers flexible working hours. The successful candidate will be joining the team who is responsible for developing and managing a range of proprietary models and algorithms that run at the heart of the bet-placement platform. You will be part of a small team, working in a relaxed environment, and using a range of modern open-source tools like Jupyter, PyTorch and Spark. You will be working with terabytes of data, and will be part of a team that can quickly run experiments at scale in the markets, allowing the company to test their hypotheses in a live environment.As Graduate Quantitative Analyst you will need:3+ years commercial experience working in sports betting industry.A 1st class mathematics-based degree from a top university or a 2:1 from OxbridgeA solid understanding of the fundamentals of statistical prediction and probability theory including, for example, an in-depth knowledge of regression and model fittingIntellectual curiosity, creativity and confidence to try new approachesAn interest in sports or competitive gamesPostgraduate qualifications in statistics are preferred.Responsibilities and DutiesYour day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to building and improving sports prediction modelsTo research recent advances in Bayesian updating to better extract signals from noisy dataTo design and build your own models using your own ideasTo work closely with expert traders and developers to improve your modelsThe OpportunityOpportunities to progress your quantitative developer careerWorking in GLMs, BMMs, Kalman filters, MCMC and the TrueSkill Ranking systemWorking with some of the brightest Quants within the industry.Job InformationIndustry Technology Salary 75-100k Date Opened 07/21/2026 Job Type Permanent City London State/Province Greater London Country United Kingdom Zip/Postal Code NW5 1TL
