Shuttering Joiners

Duration: Ongoing Working Hours: 12 Hour Shifts Rotation: 18 Day Rotation Overview: We are currently recruiting experienced Shuttering Joiners for ongoing work in Shetland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term project offering consistent hours, attractive overtime rates, and full travel and accommodation support. Key Responsibilities: • Carrying out all aspects of shuttering and formwork on a busy construction site • Reading and working from drawings and site plans • Assembling and dismantling formwork safely and efficiently • Working closely with site management and other trades to meet project deadlines • Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times Requirements: • Valid CSCS Card • Proven experience in shuttering/formwork on civil engineering or construction projects • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong understanding of site safety procedures • Full PPE required Package Includes: • PAYE rate of £21.02 per hour (holiday pay excluded) • Time and 1/3 paid after 10 hours midweek • Time and 1/2 paid for weekend work • 12-hour shifts throughout an 18-day rotation • Travel, food, and accommodation provided • Long-term opportunity with consistent hours To apply or find out more information please email your fully up-to-date CV or call the office on (phone number removed).
