About the Role
You will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse communication needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Working collaboratively with teaching staff and therapists, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred interventions across both universal and specialist levels.Key responsibilities include:Assessing and supporting students' communication and swallowing needsDelivering individual and group therapy sessionsSupporting the development of a "total communication" environmentProviding guidance, training and coaching to staffContributing to multidisciplinary working within Integrated Services
About You
We are looking for a creative and passionate therapist whoHolds a recognised qualification in Speech and Language TherapyIs HCPC registeredHas experience (or strong interest) xwzovoh in working with people with learning disabilities and/or autismIs committed to person-centred, functional, and innovative practiceEnjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
