Nursery Assistant Location: Earlsfield, Wandsworth (South West London) Position: Nursery Assistant (Supply) Start Date: ASAP Pay: £13.50 per hour minimum We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive nursery in Earlsfield for a dedicated and reliable Nursery Assistant to join their team on a flexible daily supply basis. The Ideal Nursery Assistant Will Have: Previous experience working as a Nursery Assistant or within an early years setting A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development A caring, patient, and flexible approach as a Nursery Assistant Strong communication and teamwork skills A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare is preferable Key Responsibilities of a Nursery Assistant: Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities Assisting with daily nursery routines, including meals, hygiene, and outdoor play Encouraging children's social, emotional, and communication development Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating early years environment Working closely with nursery staff as a Nursery Assistant to support individual needs Why Join as a Nursery Assistant?
