About the Provision This specialist primary provision supports pupils from Reception to Year 6. Pupils benefit from a structured, therapeutic environment designed to meet diverse needs including ASC, communication difficulties, speech and language needs and learning difficulties. The school focuses on personalised learning and pupil‑centred development through: One‑to‑one and small‑group teaching Tailored academic and therapeutic support Enrichment projects, trips and confidence‑building activities A strong focus on emotional wellbeing and consistent routines Your Role As Class Teacher, you will: Deliver exciting, high‑quality classroom practice Adapt teaching to meet a wide range of needs, including behaviours that challenge Communicate confidently with pupils, families, colleagues and external professionals Motivate, challenge and inspire every child to reach their potential Build strong, trusting relationships rooted in play‑based, relational teaching Work closely with LSAs, therapists and senior staff Contribute to a positive, collaborative and therapeutic school culture Support pupils to develop confidence, resilience and independence This role is suitable for experienced teachers and ECTs, with training, mentoring and ongoing support available.
