Behaviour Mentor - Location - North Manchester (M9) Pay - £105-£120 per day, dependent on experience and responsibilities Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm Start Date - 18/05/2026 Are you a calm and resilient behaviour mentor seeking a new role? We are working with a nurturing SEMH provision in North Manchester to recruit an experienced behaviour mentor to join the team. The school supports secondary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, offering a trauma-informed approach. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will: Be active and visible in the classroom, offering a relational approach that priorities safety and emotional regulation Build strong relationships that support engagement and progress Set clear boundaries and effectively manage behaviourWhat we are looking for: Previous experience within a PRU or SEMH setting Team Teach Level 2 is highly desired, but training can be provided Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided) A genuine passion for supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needsTo be eligible you must: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
