Fabricator Welder – Immediate Starts Available Location: Doncaster (DN4) Pay: £16.50 – £18.50 per hour Hours: Monday to Thursday | 10 Hour Shifts | Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting an experienced Fabricator Welder for a well-established manufacturing company based in Doncaster. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates with a strong background in heavy industry, working with mild steel and confident reading and working from engineering drawings. What’s in it for you? * Competitive pay rates from £16.50 to £18.00 per hour * 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday) * Long weekends every week * Temp to perm opportunity * Ongoing, stable work The Role: * Fabrication and MIG welding of mild steel components * Working from detailed engineering drawings * Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials to specification * Producing high-quality welds and fabrications * Working within a fast-paced heavy manufacturing environment What we’re looking for: * Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder * Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings * Strong background in heavy industry * Experience working with mild steel * High attention to detail and quality standards * Reliable with a strong work ethic * Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods This role would suit candidates from backgrounds such as structural steel, heavy fabrication, trailers, or similar industries.
