With 170 stylish bedrooms, 8 versatile meeting rooms, and the impressive St Anne's Suite accommodating up to 200 guests, the hotel is a popular destination for business events, weddings, and leisure stays.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of safety, presentation, and operational efficiency across the property.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance across the hotel and grounds

Manage building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety

Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards

Lead and support the maintenance team, contractors, and suppliers

Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance programmes

Monitor budgets, stock control, and maintenance expenditure

Support operational departments to minimise disruption to guest experience

About You Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality maintenance management role

Strong technical knowledge across general building maintenance disciplines

Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills

Knowledge of health & safety legislation and compliance procedures

A hands-on and flexible approach with strong leadership ability

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy hotel environment

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
