NHS Lanarkshire is comprised of Acute Services (which currently provide hospital based services over 3 main sites), Corporate & Property & Support Services, North and South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships which provide integrated primary healthcare and social care services to local communities and surrounding areas.The RoleTo manage and lead Service Improvement and Governance compliance across Medical/Surgical services within the acute division. Working to embed a culture of continuous improvement. Integrating Governance development, implementation, monitoring and review as a service imperative.In this key role, you will:Manage change by liaising with key individuals at all levels of the organisation involved in service redesign, governance and improvement.Understand fully progress with achieving local and national targets for the services. To include markers and direct service improvement initiatives to ensure attainment of these targets. This will involve working closely with appropriate individuals to obtain, review, interpret and report relevant data.Work closely with all key stakeholders involved in planning, delivering, and developing Medical services to deliver significant improvements in services which are both clinically focused and patient driven.
