Warehouse Operative

Job Title: Warehouse Operative – Returns Location: Wickford Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 Gap Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Wickford for a Warehouse Operative to join their Returns Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with recent warehouse experience who is confident handling returned goods, carrying out quality checks, and communicating with customers/clients. Key Responsibilities: Processing returned items in a timely and accurate manner Conducting quality checks and assessing product condition Updating records using warehouse management systems Communicating with clients via email and telephone regarding returns Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately Requirements: Recent experience working within a warehouse environment (essential) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Computer literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and WMS systems Ability to work both independently and as part of a team This is an ongoing position with the opportunity for long-term work for the right candidate.
