We're looking for CDP to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests. As a Chef de Partie you will be working alongside the Head Chef and will be involved in creating new menus for our restaurant & Bar.

Salary: £32,500.00 - £32,700.00 + Service Charge
Working hours: 40 hrs weekly

Chef de partie will have: Prior experience as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced quality, restaurant or Hotel.
Knowledge of Health & Safety, Food & Hygiene
A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail

The ability to work well within a team
The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
