Royal Botanics Garden Edinburgh Light Trails Box Office Manager Job Description: Ticketek Entertainment Group is a global fan experience Company that tickets, promotes and delivers incredible live experiences that are impossible to forget. our Fan Experience Platform (Ticketek) that sells tickets and provides value added services, Event promoting with businesses across Touring (TEG Touring), Sport (TEG Sport), and Family Experiences (TEG Experiences), our Venues which we own, operate and programme (TEG Venues), and our digital business (Ovation) which focuses on delivering seamless data-driven outcomes for our fans and partners We are looking for an experienced Box Office Manager to join us for the upcoming Christmas Light Trail Festival at the historic Royal Botanical Gardens Edinburgh. This is a contractor position, so applicants will need to be either self-employed or operating through a limited company. The box office will be open for Christmas (22 November – 4 th January). Pay: £18 per hour. Leading the day-to-day box office operations during trails including pre event set up, box office operation and closing. Box Office Setup; ensuring the office terminals and pinpads are set up and tested and support the Box Office staff End-Of-Night Reporting; completing and submitting nightly reconciliation reports Box Office experience · Due to the nature of this role, it will involve evening and weekend work. Training will be provided.
