Production Operative - Eastbourne We're currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our client based in Eastbourne, on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a light manufacturing background. Details: £15.25 per hour 37 hours per week Monday - Friday Immediate start Key Responsibilities: Building small products to specification Packing finished items ready for dispatch Carrying out specialist product cleaning (not standard cleaning) Ensuring all work meets quality standards Maintaining a clean and organised workspace Working independently while managing workload effectively Requirements: Previous experience in a light manufacturing or production environment preferred Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative Strong attention to detail Good reliability and a positive, can-do attitude What's on offer: Full training provided Friendly and supportive team environment Competitive pay Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people
