DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our New Business Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. This is a key position that requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.As a Business Development Manager, your core responsibilities will include conducting market research, networking, and prospecting to uncover potential business opportunities. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with their goals. Collaboration with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, will be essential to develop effective strategies and achieve revenue targets.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the furniture/workplace industry, with direct experience selling to end-users. They will possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. A university degree is preferred, and a background in end-user sales is essential.
