FLT Driver

Job Title: FLT Driver (Night Shift) Location: Trafford Park, Manchester Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off rotating (2days (7am-7pm) and 2 nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Pay Rate: £14.33 per hour (Overtime paid £19.04p/h) Contract Type: Temp to Perm (after 12 weeks) About the Role: We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver to join a major logistics supplier in Trafford Park. This is a 4 on 4 off shift role in a fast-paced warehouse environment, offering the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.   Key Responsibilities: Operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently Loading and unloading goods Moving stock within the warehouse using Reach and Counterbalance trucks Picking, packing, and staging orders Carrying out routine equipment checks Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following all health & safety procedures and site policiesRequirements: Valid Reach Truck Licence (not essential) Valid Counterbalance Licence (essential) Experience driving Double Pallet Forklifts (preferable but training can be provided) Previous warehouse experience Ability to work night shifts consistently Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills Reliable and punctualWhat We Offer: £14.33 per hour  Temp to perm opportunity Ongoing training and development Opportunity to work with a leading logistics provider Supportive team environmentIf you are an experienced FLT Driver looking for a long-term opportunity on nights, we want to hear from you.
