Archer Resourcing is recruiting SEN Tutors to support children and young people with additional learning needs through personalised 1:1 tuition.

We welcome applications from tutors with experience across any Special Educational Needs (SEN) background. Whether your experience is in autism, ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia, learning disabilities or other additional needs, we'd love to hear from you!

The Role: SEN Tutor

• Deliver engaging, personalised 1:1 tuition.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs and abilities.
• Support learners with their academic progress, confidence and engagement.
• Work across a range of subjects and educational levels, depending on your experience.
• Build positive relationships with learners and encourage their development.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback where required.

Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
• Teaching, tutoring or relevant educational experience.
• Experience supporting learners with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH or learning difficulties.
• A patient, adaptable and encouraging approach.
• Good communication and IT skills.
