As a Trading Assistant, you'll play a vital role in bringing our digital trading plans to life-supporting the day-to-day running of our websites and helping drive performance through accuracy, insight, and collaboration.

What you'll be doing in the role

You'll be at the heart of our digital trading team, helping to deliver a seamless and high-performing online experience.

• Support day-to-day trading operations, ensuring all onsite activity is accurate and aligns to plan
• Assist with the setup and execution of promotions, campaigns, and product updates
• Maintain product categorisation and site merchandising to support a clear customer journey
• Carry out regular site checks to ensure content, pricing, and navigation are correct
• Monitor performance and help track key metrics like traffic, conversion, and sales
• Update and maintain trading reports and dashboards
• Identify and escalate any issues or opportunities impacting trading performance
• Work closely with teams across Trading, Marketing, Buying, and Digital

What we're looking for

You don't need to know everything-but you do need curiosity, attention to detail, and a drive to learn.

• Experience or interest in ecommerce, retail, or merchandising
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence working with data and Excel
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A basic understanding of online customer journeys
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and ask questions
