Groundworks Supervisor / Manager – Norwich Location: Norwich Pay: £230 – £290 per day Job Type: Long-Term Ongoing Work Status: Outside IR35 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor / Manager for a long-term project in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing team working across all aspects of groundworks on a major ongoing development. Role Responsibilities: * Supervising day-to-day groundwork operations on site * Managing gangs and subcontractors * Overseeing all aspects of groundworks including: * Drainage * Foundations * Kerbing * Slabbing * Roads & infrastructure * Concrete works * Excavations * Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained * Coordinating site activities and reporting progress * Liaising with site management and clients Requirements: * Previous experience as a Groundworks Supervisor or Manager * Strong background in all aspects of groundworks * SSSTS / SMSTS preferred * CSCS Card required * Ability to lead teams and manage workloads effectively * Good communication and organisational skills What’s On Offer: * £230 – £290 per day * Outside IR35 * Long-term ongoing contract * Immediate start available * Stable pipeline of work If interested, please apply with your CV or contact us directly for more information
