About the role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Associate Director in Edinburgh to lead the Project & Programme Management Team. You will drive delivery of large-scale projects, manage client relationships, and ensure governance and commercial success across Scotland and the UK.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, develop new business opportunities, and refine project delivery using NEC/SBCC/JCT contract frameworks. A senior PM with MRICS/MAPM is preferred.
