Requirements * Recent construction procurement from a local authority, capital programs and construction * Ability to be hands on and able to navigate key stake holders, governance and manage supplier engagement * Well versed in construction or capital works What You’ll Need * Cert/quals in procurement – MCIPS/TPP training * Commissioning/Procurement Practitioners – Etender portal – involves the full lifecycle of procurement * Understand commissioning under the new act Marks Consulting Partners specialise in contract and permanent recruitment of technical property staff for the public sector including housing associations, local authorities, and related private sector companies.
