Customer Service Agent Pay rate: £13.45 - £20.18 Contract Type: Temporary, Full Time Location: Bury St Edmunds Start Date: ASAP We are looking for Customer Service Agent to start immediately for our client based in Bury St Edmunds. What to expect as a Customer Service Agent: Working Monday to Friday with 8.30am starts, you will be working with a busy fuel provider in Bury St Edmunds handling a high volume of customer care calls. As a Customer Service Agent you must: Previous experience in a call enter environment Computer literacy Polite & professional able to handle high volume of customer calls.
