Locum Social Worker Pay: £37.14 per hour NonStop Consulting is working with a Local Authority in the Wales area in order to help them find a Locum Social Worker for their Care and Support Team. This is a hybrid role with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office, offering you flexibility. Develop, implement, and review individualized care and support plans ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Safeguard vulnerable adults and children in line with local policies and national regulations. Coordinate and liaise with health and social care professionals, voluntary organizations, and other stakeholders. Advocate for service users' rights and promote social inclusion and wellbeing. Maintain accurate, confidential case records and reports. Participate in continuous professional development and supervision sessions.
