1:1 ASD Teaching Assistant – Ammanford
£14.25 per hour | Weekly PAYE | Monday–Friday (School Hours)

Your Mission
As a 1:1 ASD Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils who needs consistency, patience, and someone who truly understands them.
You’ll:
- Build trust and genuine rapport
- Support emotional regulation and behaviour
- Take the pupil out of class for focused 1:1 sessions
- Keep them engaged, calm, and on task
- Help the teacher set up activities and learning tasks
- Be the adult they rely on every single day
