We are looking for experienced “Personal” Brand Managers to work with clients to build and scale their personal brands. What changes between levels is the scope of ownership, strategic depth, and leadership responsibility. Previous Personal Branding experience is needed for this role. Salary up to 36k London / Hybrid – minimum 2 days in the office The Role * Content Strategy, Creation & Execution. * Research trending topics, competitor activity, and audience insights. * Scheduling & Publishing. * Analytics Reporting. * Social Media Platform Expertise * Critical & Analytical Thinking * Client Relationship Management. * Performance Analysis. * Collaboration. * Process Improvement. * Mentorship, Leadership & Business Development (At a Senior level) The Person * Previous experience in Personal Brand Management - writing, social media, marketing, PR, events, etc. * An excellent writer who can match different client voices and create compelling narratives. * Genuine interest in social media - LinkedIn, Instagram, You Tube - personal branding, and the creator economy. * Analytical mindset: comfortable with data and using it to inform content decisions. * Experience working directly with clients/CEOs/ founders / entrepreneurs is essential
