Fit Out Surveyor

Project Quantity Surveyor – Fit Out Location: To be confirmed | Salary: To be confirmed We’re looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor with solid fit-out experience who can take commercial ownership of a project from start to finish. You’ll be comfortable running your own job: getting involved at the outset, managing procurement and costs through delivery, and closing out the final account. This is a role for someone who can make decisions, keep a firm grip on the numbers and work closely with the site team. What you’ll do * Take commercial responsibility for a fit-out project from initial handover to final account. * Procure and manage subcontractor packages. * Prepare valuations, cost reports and forecasts. * Manage variations, payments and commercial risk. * Work with the project team and client to resolve issues as they arise. * Negotiate and agree subcontract and client final accounts
