Are you an experienced Public Services Lecturer or Tutor looking for a rewarding opportunity within Further Education? Aspire People is recruiting on behalf of a well-established college in the Caerphilly Borough area for a talented Public Services professional to join their department teaching learners across Levels 1-3. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting learner achievement, progression, and engagement within a dynamic vocational learning environment.
The Role
You will deliver engaging and effective Public Services lessons to Further Education learners whilst ensuring high standards of teaching, learning and assessment. Teaching resources are already in place, allowing you to focus on delivering quality lessons, marking, learner progress, and student support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering Public Services qualifications across Levels 1-3
* Planning and delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment
* Monitoring learner attendance, behaviour, progress and achievement
* Providing structured and constructive feedback to learners
