Eyewear Advisor & Customer Care Specialist

Boots Opticians in Wales is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our in-store team. You will be the first and last point of contact for customers, building relationships, listening to needs, and helping them find the right eyewear solution. You’ll participate in pre-screening activities and eye-tests where appropriate.

Your role includes dispensing glasses and contact lenses, supporting eye-tests, and providing aftercare through repairs and adjustments, while keeping shop standards high.
