About the Role

Cameron Kennedy is looking for an organised and detail-driven Recruitment and Compliance Administrator to join our public-sector recruitment team in central London.

You will support the end-to-end onboarding process, maintain accurate and audit-ready compliance records, and help ensure every candidate meets client and regulatory requirements before starting work.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their career in recruitment operations or compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Processing right-to-work and identity checks, including digital ID verification through Credas.

* Coordinating enhanced DBS checks and overseas police certificates.

* Maintaining accurate compliance records and tracking document expiry dates.

* Managing onboarding from offer acceptance through to a candidate’s first day.

* Preparing contracts, references, induction documents and client paperwork.

* Liaising with candidates, consultants and client HR teams to resolve outstanding compliance items.

* Keeping candidate and client records up to date in our CRM, Loxo.

* Producing compliance and onboarding reports for internal and client audits.

* Supporting the wider public-sector recruitment team with administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For

* Strong administrative and organisational skills.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Experience handling confidential information in line with GDPR.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Confident using Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.

* Able to manage competing deadlines and prioritise effectively.

* Right to work in the UK.

Desirable experience:

* Recruitment, HR, onboarding, resourcing or compliance administration.

* Knowledge of right-to-work, DBS and safeguarding requirements.

* Experience working with local authorities, NHS organisations or other public-sector clients.

* Familiarity with digital ID-verification tools or applicant tracking systems.
