360 Excavator Operator – Tracked Location: Heathrow Airport Start: 21st September 2026 Duration: Until end of March 2027 Hours: 07:30 – 17:30 Rate: £23.00 per hour PAYE – CIJC Red Sky Personnel is recruiting an experienced 360 Excavator Operator for a long-term heavy civil engineering project at Heathrow Airport Terminal 2. The role will involve operating a 22T tracked excavator on heavy civils works, including deep excavations of approximately 6 metres, sheet piling, cofferdam excavation, concrete and drainage works. Duties will include: Operating a 22T tracked 360 excavator Working around deep excavations of approximately 6m Excavation and earthworks Working around sheet piling and cofferdam works Supporting drainage and concrete activities Carrying out lifting operations as required Working safely within a live Heathrow airside environment Following RAMS, permits and site safety procedures Requirements: CPCS Card Lifting Ops Valid Safety Critical Medical Full UK Driving Licence Previous experience operating similar-sized tracked excavators Previous heavy civils / deep excavation experience Airside Security Requirements: Due to this position being based airside at Heathrow Airport, successful candidates must be able to meet the required airside security and pass requirements.
