MacGregor Black are partneringwith a Leading International Coffee Solutions business on a search for a European Account Manager. This is a permanent role based in London.
As the European Account Manager, you will take full ownership of key European customers while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities. With accountability across coffee, machines, and service, you will deliver a fully integrated total coffee solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop senior-level relationships with key customers, driving long-term value and partnership.
- Deliver against volume, revenue and profit targets through best-in-class account management.
- Build and execute robust Account Plans and Joint Business Plans aligned to strategic objectives.
- Monitor performance across P&L, scorecards and dashboards—spotting risks early and unlocking growth opportunities.
- Identify and deliver expansion opportunities across sites, formats, products and services.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions across markets.
- Ensure consistent execution across multi-site, multi-country customers.
- Stay ahead of customer strategy, category trends and competitive dynamics.
- Identify, target and win new business aligned to strategic priorities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across Europe.
- Prospect, network and open doors with new customers across channels.
- Lead tenders, pitches and negotiations with full ownership of conversion.
- Develop compelling, insight-led proposals leveraging data and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to secure large-scale, multi-market opportunities.
- Deliver incremental revenue and profit through successful acquisition.
What are we looking for?
- Proven success in national or key account management alongside new business acquisition.
- Strong track record of winning and converting new opportunities.
- Commercially astute with solid P&L, pricing and margin management experience.
- Confident in leading negotiations, pitches and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Data-driven with strong analytical capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Resilient, proactive and results-focused mindset.
- Experience operating across multi-site or European markets is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.
