About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join a childrens residential service supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
The service includes a mix of homes, including two multi-placement homes and a solo placement, providing a structured and supportive environment for children and young people.
This is a hands-on role where you will support day-to-day care, promote positive outcomes, and help maintain a safe, consistent and nurturing home environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people
Support daily routines, activities, and emotional wellbeing
Promote a safe, structured and nurturing environment
Work in line with safeguarding procedures and care plans
Support behaviour management and positive outcomes
Maintain accurate records and contribute to handovers
Work collaboratively as part of a team across the service
Service Details
EBD setting
2 children in one home
3 children in another home
1 solo placement home
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare (essential or working xwzovoh towards)
Experience within childrens residential care (senior level preferred)
Experience supporting EBD (preferred) or LD/complex needs
Enhanced DBS required
Right to Work in the UK
Driving licence (advantageous but not essential)
Working Pattern
2 on / 4 off rota
Full-time, 40 hours per week
