They pride themselves on delivering high-quality talent solutions to a diverse client base across the UK. With a dynamic and collaborative team culture, they are looking for driven and motivated 360 Recruitment Consultants to join their expanding business across their London, Liverpool, and Ipswich offices. The Role: As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle within your chosen vertical. From developing strong client relationships to sourcing and placing top-tier candidates, you will play a key role in driving business growth and supporting clients across the construction and infrastructure sectors. Key Responsibilities: * Business Development: Identify, develop, and maintain new client relationships across Construction, Trades & Labour, Fire & Security, and White Collar markets, building long-term partnerships. * Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, headhunt, and attract high-calibre candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. * Consultative Sales: Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions, managing the recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement. * Negotiation & Offer Management: Manage pay rate and salary negotiations while handling client and candidate expectations to ensure successful outcomes. * Candidate & Client Management: Deliver a high level of service to both clients and candidates, maintaining regular communication throughout the recruitment process. * Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, hiring demands, and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients and candidates. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within Construction, Trades & Labour, Fire & Security, or White Collar sectors (although transferable recruitment experience will be considered). * A passion for recruitment and a strong desire to build a successful career within a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong business development ability with a proactive and self-motivated approach. * Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment with a focus on achieving results. * Strong organisational and time management skills. * A team player who contributes positively to a high-energy and collaborative culture
