SAP HR Payroll Consultant

Job title: SAP HR / Payroll Consultant Rate: £450 per day inside ir35 Contract: 6 months Location: Telford/Hybrid (2 days/week onsite) SC security clearance is required for this role I'm looking for an experienced SAP HR / Payroll Consultant to join a major SAP delivery team supporting a large, high-profile client. This is a genuinely hands-on role where you'll be working across SAP HCM and Payroll, combining solution design, configuration, project delivery and live service support within a complex, multi-supplier environment. Why this role? You'll be joining an established SAP practice working on a large-scale SAP estate, with the opportunity to influence solution design and make a tangible impact across both project and live-service environments. There's also plenty of scope to work with and develop your knowledge of SAP's evolving landscape, including SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, BTP, Concur and Cloud Analytics. Responsibilities: Design, configure and enhance SAP HCM & Payroll solutions Take ownership of SAP Payroll issues, changes and enhancements Support both project delivery and Live Service environments Investigate issues and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions Produce high-quality Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEFs and other documentation Work closely with client stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions Provide estimates and contribute to planning and delivery Collaborate with experienced onshore and offshore SAP teams Required Expereince: SAP Payroll - expert level SAP HCM / Personnel Administration Organisational Management Time Management Self-Service Travel Management SuccessFactors Country Legal Changes Live Service / production support SAP configuration and solution design Broader technical awareness across areas such as ABAP, Workflow, BASIS, Security, Integration, Portals and UI5 would also be highly beneficial.
