As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving new client growth and expanding our presence across health and social care recruitment. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role for someone who thrives on winning business, building strong relationships, and delivering results in a competitive market. What You’ll Be Doing * Driving new business growth by identifying, targeting, and winning new clients across the healthcare and social care sector. * Owning the full sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation through to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. * Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across NHS Trusts, care homes, private healthcare providers, and local authorities. * Working closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure a smooth handover and delivery of tailored workforce solutions. * Attending industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to grow your market presence. * Staying up to date with market trends to identify opportunities and shape effective recruitment solutions.
