Solicitor - Court of Protection (5880)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and empathetic Court of Protection Solicitor to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you’ll manage a varied and rewarding caseload, providing expert advice and representation on all aspects of Court of Protection work.

Responsibilities

• Take client instructions and deliver clear, accurate legal advice.
• Manage your own caseload while supporting Partners and senior team members on high‑value, complex cases.
• Regularly review matters with your supervisor to ensure the highest standards of legal advice and client care.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified solicitor with a genuine interest and background in Court of Protection work.
• Strong commercial awareness and a client‑focused approach.
• Highly organised and able to manage a busy, varied caseload with confidence.
• Some hands‑on experience in Mental Capacity matters.
• Proactive team player who can collaborate effectively while also working independently.
