About the role
Mortgage Adviser 1520 Warm Leads Per Week | £100k+ Earning Potential
Self-Employed | Full-Time | Office-Based | Hammersmith, London
Are you a Mortgage Adviser who knows you could write significantly more business if you had more clients to speak to?
At Capricorn Financial Mortgages, advisers typically receive around 1520 warm leads every week through established introducer relationships, including Dexters Estate Agents, Barratt Homes and Berkeley Group .
This is a self-employed role, but it is not a cold start.
Our model is built around allocated introducer accounts and consistent client opportunities, allowing advisers to focus on advising clients, converting business and growing their earnings rather than having to generate their own pipeline from scratch.
What makes this opportunity different?
Established introducer accounts rather than relying on self-generation
First-time buyer, residential purchase, buy-to-let and remortgage opportunities
£100,000+ realistic earning potential for advisers who consistently convert the lead flow provided
Increasing commission split as performance targets are achieved
Technology and systems designed to minimise administration
Training through Sesame and in-house at Capricorn
Support to achieve CAS status
Dedicated team leader, mentor and coach
Access to an extensive range of mortgage products and lenders
Capricorn Financial Mortgages is an Appointed Representative of Sesame Limited, providing advisers with established regulatory, training and lender support.
Why office-based?
Our Hammersmith model is designed around high lead flow, rapid client contact, close collaboration and strong introducer relationships.
Advisers work closely with team leaders, support teams and introducers rather than operating independently from home. This helps create a fast-moving, collaborative environment focused on converting opportunities and building long-term adviser earnings.
Who we are looking for
You will be CeMAP qualified or equivalent , commercially ambitious and confident converting and managing a consistent flow of client opportunities.
Existing mortgage advisory experience is strongly preferred, although exceptional newly qualified candidates with a proven sales background will also be considered.
You should be comfortable managing clients from initial enquiry through to recommendation, application and completion, while maintaining high standards of advice and customer outcomes.
This is not a traditional self-employed brokerage model where you are expected to find all of your own business. Capricorn provides the platform, introducer relationships and client opportunities; your focus is on advising clients and converting those opportunities.
If limited lead flow, capped earnings or a lack of opportunity are holding you back, this could provide a significantly stronger platform for growth.
Not sure whether self-employment is right for you? Apply anyway. The first conversation is confidential and there is no obligation. We will explain the lead flow, commission structure, support model and earning opportunity so you can decide whether Capricorn is right for you.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
