Cover Supervisor Required – Secondary School – Oxford

Contract Type: Full-Time or Part-TimeAre you an organised and proactive individual looking for a Cover Supervisor role in Oxford?We are seeking Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Oxford. The salary for this position ranges from £100 to £170 per day, depending on experience.As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes, implementing lesson plans provided by teachers, and maintaining a positive and orderly learning environment. Your excellent communication skills and ability to manage behaviour will be key to success in this role.Your Responsibilities as a Cover Supervisor :

 • Supervise classes and ensure students remain on task • Deliver pre-prepared work

 • Support students’ learning by encouraging engagement and participation • Record attendance and complete any required paperwork • Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth classroom operationsWe are looking for candidates who:• Have experience working with children or young people, preferably in a similar role
