We are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Northampton who are looking to appoint a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team from September 2026 or sooner. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience in a supportive school environment while making a real impact on students' learning and behaviour. What is a Cover Supervisor? As a Cover Supervisor, you will support the school by supervising classes during teacher absences. Lesson work will already be set, and your role will be to ensure students remain focused, engaged, and working productively.
