Thisisfarmorethanatraditionalaccountsrole,itsanopportunitytobecomeakeypartofabusinessevolvingatpace,helpingtoshapeandstrengthenfinanceprocessesasthecompanyscales.Withabroadremitacrosssalesledger,creditcontrol,customerfinancesupport,andwiderfinanceoperations,thispositionoffersrealvariety,visibility,andthechancetomakeameaningfulimpact.

Responsibilities ManageSalesLedgerandCreditControlforfinishedproducts,ensuringstrongcashcollectionandaccountaccuracy
ProcessPurchaseLedgerforoverheadexpenditure
Handleandmaintainahighvolumeoffinancialdatawithprecisionandefficiency
Supportmonth-endandyear-endaccountingprocesses
Completedailybankpostingsandreconciliations
Assistinpreparingandmonitoringcashflowreporting
Managecustomerfinancequeries,includingexchangesandrefunds
Actasakeypointofcontactforcustomers,suppliers,andclientsviaphoneandemail
Collaboratecloselywiththewiderfinanceteamtosupportbusinessoperationsandcontinuousimprovement
Werelookingforsomeonewhoisorganised,proactive,andconfidentworkinginafast-pacedenvironment.Youllbesomeonewhoenjoysvariety,takesprideinaccuracy,andthrivesonbuildingstrongworkingrelationships. xwzovoh

Confidentcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytobuildrelationshipsacrossalllevelsofthebusinessandexternally
Experienceusingaccountingsystems-Sagewouldbepreferable
