As Dual Registered Manager, you will register both homes with Ofsted and shape high‑quality services supporting young people with EBD (open to LD specialism). You’ll have full ownership to build strong teams, consistent care, and a child‑centred culture from day one. Key Responsibilities * Register and manage two children’s homes with Ofsted * Lead, mentor, and retain stable staff teams * Deliver safe, nurturing environments for young people with EBD and LD * Maintain outstanding safeguarding, compliance, and quality standards * Work closely with families, social workers, and professionals * Embed a positive, values‑led culture across both children’s homes About You This role suits an experienced Registered Manager who wants to make a genuine impact in children’s homes.
