Salary: £34,398 - £52,490 (M1 - UPS3)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum salary applies to candidates with substantial teaching experience.

The Role
As a Psychology Teacher, you will:
• Deliver high-quality A-Level Psychology lessons.
• Inspire students to develop critical thinking, analytical and research skills.
• Monitor progress and use assessment effectively to raise achievement.
• Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities.
• Support students in achieving excellent academic outcomes.
• Play an active role in the wider life of the school and Sixth Form community.
Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS.
• Degree in Psychology or a related subject.
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Psychology.
• High expectations for student achievement and behaviour.
• Commitment to inclusive education and student success.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
