Customer Service Agent (m/w/d)

Hours: Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week Pay: £13.00 per hour We are looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced individual to join our team in a small adult-only amusement arcade based in Paisley town centre. This is a customer-facing role suited to someone with a positive attitude, a good nature. Key responsibilities Implement Challenge 25 policy for admission Opening and closing the arcade Welcoming customers and providing a high standard of customer care. Giving out change and handling customer transactions accurately. Serving tea and coffee to customers. Keeping the venue clean, tidy and presentable Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the arcade and assisting customers where needed. What we’re looking for A dependable and approachable person. Good communication and customer service skills, which are central to arcade assistant roles. Someone who is comfortable taking responsibility for opening and closing duties.
