They must proactively identify and solve the most complex problems that impact the management and direction of the business. The Senior Principal Planner is considered a specialist in the field of Planning/Scheduling, and they offer a broad base of knowledge about the Project Controls function. They impact the direction and resource allocation of programs and projects in their discipline and work within general functional policies and industry guidelines. Along with a dynamic and effective service, we strive for positive outcomes for everyone, every time.Essential Qualifications and Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management/Engineering/Construction/Business Management or equivalent combinations of technical training or experience required15+ years of EPCIC experience with Subsea / Offshore Oil and Gas projectsExperience in the fabrication of subsea modules e.g PLEM/PLET etc.  Have solid command of Primavera P6 Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office softwareMust be able to use advanced features in Excel (curves, histograms, dynamic tables, formulas, etc.)Able to produce and maintain logically linked activity schedules, according to precedence flow in EPCIC planning, using best practicesAble to produce and assess progress curves, histograms, variance reports, and critical paths  Able to analyze project status and performance, deviations, performance factors, forecasts, and workarounds  Must be able to produce multidisciplinary logically linked activity schedules, according to precedence flow in planning, using best industry practicesAbility to effectively communicate with team members and management #LI-LJ1#LI-Hybrid#LI-DNIKey Tasks and Responsibilities: Perform schedule analysis using Project Management software's including Primavera P6, Deltek Fuse & Risk, and Microsoft ProjectSupport project baseline creation during the project initiation and setup phaseFacilitate detailed multi-discipline scope reviews  Perform detailed schedule quality and integrity checks using Deltek FuseUpdate and validate physical progress reported from EVMS systemsProvide project schedule support and mentor junior planners as requiredDevelop and maintain logically linked level 3 and level 4 activity schedules, for marine scope installation projects in the Oil and Gas Industry (pipelines, subsea, platforms, HDD), according to precedence flow planning, using best practicesProduce workforce histograms and progress and quantity curves in connection with the schedules  Maintain and review the sequence of Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Installation, Hook-Up, and Commissioning, and other operations for control of critical path and overall project durationsElevate and expedite operations that are delaying the schedule and analyze changes to the schedule to meet unforeseen conditionsCreate and Monitor schedule compliance, key performance, factors, and provide analysis of variations to baseline data  Identify current and potential factors that may delay the scheduleAssess actions for recovery and improvement and analyze changes to the schedule to meet unforeseen conditionsLead and deliver initiatives  Create and run a prepared or ad-hoc reportEvaluate the validity of the critical path based on prior experience  Resource load the schedule and match it to an earned value system  Suggest recovery plans or areas of potential improvement  Have a strong understanding of typical project logic and flow  Run Acumen Fuse to analyze schedule quality  Run schedule risk analysis and facilitate risk review meeting  Set up overall schedule parameters (WBS/OBS/Project/Global Codes /Calendar)  Full timePosting Date:
