We have opportunities ranging from Junior Consulting Analyst positions for recent graduates through to Senior Consulting Analyst roles for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in consulting or a professional services environment.You will have opportunities to gain hands-on experience supporting client engagements, develop your consulting toolkit through our Consulting Skills Academy, and work alongside experienced consultants on a variety of transformation programmes. As your career develops, you will have the opportunity to build a consulting specialism and grow your expertise across a range of industries and capabilities.Key responsibilities include:Supporting the analysis of client problems and creation of solutions/ strategies for leading organisations across the private and public sectorUsing data and insights to develop robust problem statements, options and recommendationsLiaising with functional, industry and technical experts to support the development of solutions/ strategies  Supporting stakeholder engagement including workshop facilitation and interviewsAssisting with project and change management activitiesCommitment to continuous professional development, developing skills/ experience in key technology platforms, applied AI and core consultingYour Skills and ExperienceInterest in AI, platforms (Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow) and technology trends and how they are affecting strategy and operating modelsExcellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)Strong Microsoft Office skillsExperience with quantitative and qualitative research (applying AI where suitable)Previous experience in the consulting or professional services sector is desirableAdditional RequirementsLondon base location, with regular working in client offices across the UKEligibility and willingness to obtain security clearance (BPSS and SC)BenefitsPension Scheme - contributions matched up to 10%Private medical coverIncome ProtectionLife Assurance25 days paid leave + National HolidaysFlexible benefits programDiversity & InclusionAs a Disability Confident employer, we encourage applications from all applicants, especially, differently abled applicants.
