As a WCA Functional Assessor, you'll use your clinical knowledge, assessment skills and professional judgement to understand how a person's health conditions affect their functional ability and capacity for work. You'll speak with people through telephone, video and face-to-face assessments, review medical evidence and produce clear, objective reports based on your findings. It's a role where your clinical experience really matters — but you're no longer providing hands-on care.
