Senior Recruitment Consultant (Fully Remote) (Permanent)

What you’ll be doing as Senior Recruitment Consultant: You will be sourcing top candidates, focusing primarily on tech-oriented interim and permanent placements across the UK and Europe. Identify and attract high-quality candidates using various sourcing methods (Job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, etc.) Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Oversee the entire hiring process, from initial brief to offer negotiation and onboarding. Stay current with tech recruitment trends to provide strategic advice to both clients and candidates. Relationship Building: Develop deep partnerships with candidates, ensuring long-term collaboration What we’re looking for in a Senior Recruitment Consultant: Relevant Experience: Proven track record in recruitment (interim or permanent) across the UK and/or Europe. Sales-Driven & Proactive: Comfortable interacting with candidates, meeting targets, and leveraging networking opportunities. Flexibility: Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely, with the ability to visit London/Essex as needed. Business Development (Desired): Grow and maintain a robust client portfolio by understanding client needs and proposing tailored recruitment solutions.
