About the role
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: Milton Keynes (MK4 3FU)
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Champion a forward‑thinking safety culture by co‑ordinating safety arrangements, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with training and regulatory requirements to protect employee well‑being.
- Oversee essential administrative functions including meeting room bookings, postal services, procurement activities and general office coordination to keep operations running smoothly.
- Act as the primary contact for hospitality and catering needs while ensuring seamless communication for deliveries, contractors and maintenance support.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with employees, management and external service providers to maintain seamless facilities operations and uphold health and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular checks of facilities to identify repair or renovation needs, and oversee recycling, equipment disposal, cleaning and security activities.
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Proven experience in health and safety is essential, with confidence in inspections, compliance and safe‑working practices.
- Ability to build strong, positive relationships across all levels of the organisation and with external partners.
- Comfortable analysing data, interpreting trends and working confidently with spreadsheets.
- A good understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
- You'll need your own car and a valid UK driving license to support site‑based and external responsibilities.
