They are a leading London-focused residential property developer who specialise in creating, designing and building innovative developments throughout London.They have a brand new site based opportunity in South West London up to 800 units and seeking a highly experienced individual to join the team and see this prestigious project from inception to completion, whilst working among a strong progressive team.Senior Technical Coordinator ResponsibilitiesExperience of managing and providing guidance and support to refurbishment and new build schemes on a variety of different schemesBe able to lead and manage a teamDegree Qualified / HNC / ONCAutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, Power PointDesign and engineering construction knowledgeTechnical and Building Construction knowledgeBuilding Regulations knowledgeA good understanding NHBC legislationStrong on Health & Safety / CDM RegulationsGood understanding of Planning legislationPersonal Specification & RequirementsHighly motivated with strong desire to grow within the businessKnowledge and experience refurbishment and new build projectsGood problem solver and work with minimal instructionSmart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customersPunctual, reliable and good practical skillsDegree qualified or EquivalentEstablished track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetUp to date CSCS and SMSTS certificateThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Career Progression and looking for a good work life balance.
